Questions
Good to know before you start
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — free forever, with no card needed and no time limit. It has lower limits on users, products and invoices, so it is ideal for getting started. Upgrade only when your business needs more.
What happens if I reach a limit on the Free plan?
You keep working with everything you have already entered. To add more users, products or invoices beyond the limit, move up to a paid plan — nothing is deleted or locked in the meantime.
Can I change plan or add more users later?
Yes. Move to a bigger plan at any time, and add users, POS cashiers or extra modules as add-ons without changing plans.
What if a payment on a paid plan is late?
You get a grace period first. If the invoice is still unpaid, access is paused until it is settled — your data is always kept and comes straight back once the account is up to date.
Do I need to install anything?
No. ZERP runs in the browser on your computer, tablet or phone. Invoices and reports print to A4 or save as PDF, and POS receipts print on 80 mm thermal paper.
Is my data separate from other companies?
Yes. Every company has its own isolated workspace, with role-based access for your team and an audit trail of every change.
Can I use only the parts I need?
Yes. ZERP is modular — switch modules on or off for your company, and plans include the modules that suit your size.
